Message	summary of work done, including 60k or 120k. These are important factors in determining what to do. Another factor is how mechanical you are, that is, can you replace them yourself? General advice on this forum is to avoid Nissan dealers, and go to a shop that really knows Z32's, check the shop out by asking on this site. Fill out profile and ask again.
